Spectrum is a system color customizer for iOS 13+. It allows you to change not only the defualt blue tint color in all the apps, but also both the light and dark mode colors, allowing you to create your own custom color modes.
Spectrum includes a few complete dark mode profiles by default, and more can be created or added.
